The Project manager at SPP is always assigned a project team composed of engineering, procurement and cost control teams. During the basic design phase, the conceptual outlined drawings and the delivery schedule included in the proposal will be elaborated on and will include the calculation and detailed information for the detail design of the project.

SPP has a documented and implemented Quality Management System that satisfies the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 standard.

Implementation of the Project Quality Management System is assessed regularly by way of internal and external audits and Management Reviews.

Control of Documents:

In order to control all documents related to the Project Quality Management System, procedures have been edited and implemented. All documents are reviewed and approved prior to use. Appropriate documents are available at locations where their use is intended. Obsolete documents are removed from points of use and retained in accordance with the specific procedure. The QM is responsible for coordinating, enforcing and auditing the document control related operations.
